Family Doctors on Site
Currently Accepting New Patients!
We are pleased to have two family doctors practicing in Your Medical Clinic to better serve your health needs. We provide all family medical services such as examinations, prescriptions and vaccinations.
If you have a cough, fever, chest congestion (ears-nose-throat), diarrhea or other respiratory issues, please do not come into the clinic! Please go to the COVID testing centre or the Emergency Room (ER) at the former Hotel Dieu facilities (Windsor Regional Hospital – Ouellette Campus).
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please go directly to the nearest hospital/ER for care.

Your Medical Centre is a member of the Windsor Regional Family Health Organization (WRFHO).
The WRFHO is a group of physicians working together to deliver improved service to their rostered patients by providing healthcare, with a greater focus on prevention and access to a higher quality of after-hours healthcare.
How does this benefit you? You receive additional care services beyond the usual office hours. A rotation of WRFHO physicians host walk-in care in the evening or on weekends, which are only for WRFHO doctors’ patients. If you need to see a physician after hours, just give us a call to learn today’s clinic location and time.
Telehealth Ontario
If both Your Medical Centre and the WRFHO clinic are closed and you’re looking for medical advice, you can call Telehealth Ontario at any time; they are open 24/7.

Ontario residents get free access to this Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS). You will speak directly with a health care professional such as a Registered Nurse or an on-call physician to get advice and guidance whether to seek medical attention.
Continuity of care
For your continued safety and care, THAS and FHO medical professionals will report back to your family physician after each consultation. This means that your medical history is always up to date!
